RECORDERS

1. Thank you for agreeing to check in visiting cyclists and walkers.

2. The basic requirement is to update the participant's Form with:
           Name of Church / Chapel
           The current Time
           Your Initials 

3.  If a participant is starting from your church / chapel, issue them with a Sticker.

4.  Offer the participant refreshments - drinks plus any food provided by the Church Organiser. Point out any toilet facilities.

5.  Be prepared to relocate if there is a wedding.

6.  OPTIONAL: There is a special sponsorship form for church recorders available from the Church Organiser - eg. you can get sponsored based on the number of visitors while on duty, etc
