CHURCH ORGANISERS (CO-ORDINATORS)

Thank you for agreeing to do this. You will be issued with a comprehensive set of notes by your local RHCPT trustee. The following is just a summary of the key points:

1. Encourage people in your town or village to take part at an early stage. eg. Put up posters, get date put in calendars, approach likely cyclists and walkers, etc.

2. Issue Application Forms to participants and encourage them to get sponsors.

3. Organise a team of Recorders to check in visiting cyclists and walkers.

4. On the day, provide basic soft drinks (a few biscuits are always welcome!).

5. After the event, collect up the sponsorship money from your participants, and pass it on to your local RHCPT trustee by 1st October 2011, please .
