TEAMS

Following requests from the cycling fraternity, we have introduced the Team concept this year. A team can comprise 3-7 people. Because of respect for road safety, there is no requirement for all the participants in a team to travel together. In fact, the turnaround time when checking in at a church will take longer the larger the group.

A team could consist of family members, colleagues, club members, friends, etc

From an administrative  point of view, all team members need to do is to enter the name of their team on the back of each of their Sponsorship Forms and tick the "team box". However, to assist with promotion, it would be interesting to know when teams are formed. Please e-mail details of Team Name and Participants to george.shepherd2@googlemail.com

Rutland Water Cycling have kindly agreed to sponsor prizes to the team that raises the most money (offline plus online) and will also provide a special certificate for each team member.

Any suggestions for how the Team concept could be developed would be appreciated.
